Forming an angular, diamond shaped corner enclosure, there is no illusion here when it comes to visible quality of the Matki New Illusion Quintesse. 6 Glass Panel 8 STAGE 3 5b Damper Housing ‘click’ Damper Cover Vertical Seal Top Track Assembly Top Track Cup 5 This stage describes the fitting of the Top Track - see detailed note section at rear for further information. Push-fit the 2x Top Glass Clamps (from the Kit of Parts) onto the top of each Panel Glass (5a) - for models RXC1010, RXO1576 use the 6mm version supplied on the flat panels of glass. Loosen the 2x grub screws and the 1x pan-head screw in the Damper Housing and Guide Stop in the Top Track Assembly (5b and 5c). Lower the whole Top Track Assembly onto each Panel Glass and into the Top Track Cups on the Wall Mounts (5). Gently Tighten the 2x grub screws in the Damper Housing and Guide Stop - through the Top Track - to fully clamp the Panel Glass and Top Track Assembly together. Fasten the Top Caps back onto Wall Mount - clamping the Top Track Assembly and Wall Mounts together (5d). Push-fit the Top Track Infill (chromed face down) into the Top Track Assembly between each Panel Glass (5e) then re-tighten the 1x pan-head screw in the Damper Housing. Snap-fit the Damper Cover into the Damper Housing assembly (6). Push-fit the clear Horizontal Seal lengths onto the bottom of each panel glass respectively - the flexible fin on this section should seal between the glass and the tray (7). Push fit each Vertical Seal onto each Glass Panel so the fin points inside the tray (8) - the flexible fin on this section will create a seal between the panel and the Door. Roller Assembly 7 9 STAGE 4 Sprung Guide 7b 8 7a 9a Tray Bracket 9b Glider Roller Roller Assembly Lock This stage describes Fitting and Adjusting the Door - see detailed note section at rear for further information. Carefully lift the Door Glass into the enclosure and offer the Roller Assembly (7) into the Top Track at an angle (7a), then lower the bottom of door towards the tray (7b). Slot the Door Glass into the Tray Bracket by lowering the Sprung Guide down towards the tray (9a). Lock the forked Glass Guide at the bottom of the door to the Stainless Steel guide in the tray (10) - this can be adjusted in/out to meet the Stainless Steel guide if and when necessary (10a). Test how the door slides along the track. The movement of the door will be arrested by the Damper in the Top Track when the door closes, and by the rubber stop when it opens. Adjust the door as necessary to get a smooth running door (12) - this is described in more detail in ‘Further Information - Stage 4’. Clearance between the Tray Bracket and the Door Glass can be adjusted if required (9b). Adjust the Roller Glider out to gain clearance between secured Wall Mount and edge of the Door Glass if required - use the Hex key provided to adjust the wheel (8). You can also adjust the Glider Roller in/out to add/take away resistance in the door - this is complimented by the adjustment possible in the Tray Bracket (9b). Once the door is fully adjusted lock off the Roller Assembly firmly (13). Neatly Silicon the inside edge of each Wall Mount (leave a 5 to 10mm gap at the bottom of each Wall Mount for water drainage purpases) and Silicon the bottom inside edge of the Wall Mount (11). Finally push-fit the two Wall Mount covers removed from stage 1 to each Wall Mount - these should ‘click’ into place. 13 10 NOTE ADJUSTING THE TOP ROLLER ASSEMBLY IN OR OUT AFFECTS THE OPPOSITE, BOTTOM CORNER OUT OR IN RESPECTIVELY. 12B 5 to 10mm No Silicon Stainless Steel Guide 10a 12 12B 12A Glass Guide 12A 11
